9 Marlin Court is a comfortable and spacious house situated in the middle of the first cul de sac with beautiful views of the ocean and town site, short walk to shops and beach. All rooms have ceiling fans. The house has four bedrooms, one queen, one double and one with two single beds upstairs, with a queen and three single beds down stairs with own bathroom, shower and toilet.

The living areas are a large family/dining/kitchen with a large front veranda which has outdoor table and chairs and wooden lounge and cushions for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, plenty of cupboard space. large fridge/freezer, extra freezer in bottom laundry also automatic washing machine. The lounge has TV-DVD-CD player.

Artesian hot water on hot side town water on cold taps. You will need to bring your own linen and consumables. ( Linen is available at $30 per set, please advise when booking. )

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday with tenants vacating the property by 9am. The caretaker at Coral Bay will check the property and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
